Not sure I'm the right fit?

I work privately, one-to-one, with people who want to stop cocaine (and related addictions) without going away to residential rehab. That isn't right for everyone — and I'd rather point you somewhere good than have you leave with nothing. Below is an honest map of Irish support. There's no shame in any of these. The only wrong move is doing nothing.

If you're in crisis right now, or worried about your safety or someone else's:

  • Emergency — 112 or 999 · if life is in immediate danger.
  • Samaritans — 116 123 · free, any time, day or night.
  • Pieta (suicide & self-harm) — 1800 247 247 · or free-text HELP to 51444.
  • Text About It — text 50808 · free 24/7 crisis text line.

Free, confidential information & a full service finder

  • HSE Drugs & Alcohol Helpline — 1800 459 459
Freephone, confidential, no judgement. They'll talk through your options and point you to local services.
  • Drugs.ie
The national HSE-backed directory — search every drug & alcohol service in the country by county, including free counselling, needle exchange, and family support.

Residential rehab & detox

Some of these are free or low-cost (via GP or self-referral through the HSE); others are private. Your GP or the HSE helpline above can advise on funding and waiting lists.

Free peer support (ongoing, no cost)

  • Cocaine Anonymous & Narcotics Anonymous (Ireland) · free 12-step meetings, online and in person across the country. Find your nearest via Drugs.ie.
  • SMART Recovery · free, non-12-step self-help groups, online and in person.
